Starting as a home-based cloud kitchen in Fairview, Gigis will evolve through pop-ups and eventually a flagship store in BGC within 3–5 years. Chef Dyan’s personal connection to silky shaved ice textures, plus her dream of making Gigis a cherished family treat (like Jollibee), are core to the brand’s story.
Chef Dyan Tablante’s goal is to grow Gigis into an elevated, hip Filipino shaved ice dessert brand that feels playful, modern, and heartfelt — building strong nostalgia and cultural pride.
